PRIVACY POLICY

1. Controller and contact

The developer of AITENYA and controller for the personal data we process in connection with the app, support, and this website is Ethirion Sp. z o.o., ul. 3 Maja 23, 42-400 Zawiercie, Poland, NIP: 6492319502. Contact us at info.ethirion@gmail.com about privacy, access, or deletion requests. App camera and workout data described below remain on your device and are not held on our servers.

2. What the iPhone app processes

Live camera and movement

With your Camera permission, AITENYA uses the live feed and Apple Vision body landmarks on your device to analyze supported movements and provide repetition counts, timing, and form cues. The release app does not save or upload video, camera frames, or joint trajectories to our servers. It does not record your voice; spoken guidance is produced on the device.

Workout history and settings

The app stores workout records locally on your device, including exercise, date, sets, repetitions, active time, completion and evaluated quality where available. Preferences for voice and camera, free-access usage, and any body weight you choose to enter for an estimated calorie range are also kept locally. Body weight is optional and is not used for a medical assessment.

Purchases

Apple handles in-app purchases, payment information, and subscription billing. The app receives purchase and entitlement status from Apple's StoreKit so it can unlock access or restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card number. Apple's processing is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. What we do not collect through the app

• No AITENYA account is required for this release.
• We do not upload your workout history, body weight, camera images, or voice recordings.
• We do not include an advertising SDK or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information you choose to email to support is handled separately as described below. Apple's purchase and device services operate under Apple's own privacy practices.

4. Camera choice

iOS asks for Camera access when you use live coaching. You can revoke it in iPhone Settings > Apps > AITENYA. Without Camera access, live movement analysis will not work, but you can still view other available app screens. Changing iOS permissions is separate from making a privacy request by email.

5. Storage and deletion on your device

Workout records remain in the app's local storage until you use AITENYA Settings > Privacy > Delete all progress data, or remove the app. This control deletes workout records and stored diagnostic files, but it does not delete your optional body weight, preferences, or free-access counters. To remove body weight, clear its field in Settings and tap Done. To remove all app-local information, delete AITENYA from the device; copies in your device backups may remain according to your iOS and backup settings. We cannot remotely access or erase information stored only on your device. Deleting local records does not cancel an Apple subscription; use your Apple account's subscription settings for that.

6. Website and support email

This static website has no account form, advertising cookies, or first-party analytics. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, and time of access to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles provider-side logs under its applicable privacy and retention terms; we do not maintain a separate visitor database. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include, and use them to answer your request and address the issue. Please do not send workout videos, medical records, or other sensitive information. Where EU data-protection law applies, we process support correspondence to respond to your request or perform our obligations to you, and use technical website requests for our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations; contact us to request deletion of information we hold.

7. Purpose, disclosure, and international use

On-device information is used to provide coaching and local history; it is not transmitted to the developer. Apple processes purchases to provide paid access. Website infrastructure receives technical requests to serve and secure the site, while our email provider processes support messages. We may disclose information we actually hold if legally required. Website and support data may be processed in countries outside your own under the relevant providers' safeguards; Cloudflare processes site requests as described above.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal data we actually hold, and may have a right to data portability. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to info.ethirion@gmail.com for a request about website or support information; we may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information. Your device controls app-local records and permissions as described above. No account-deletion action is required because the app has no account.

9. Children and security

AITENYA is not directed to children under 13. If a parent believes a child has emailed us personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. On-device processing limits transfers but no system is completely secure. Protect your phone with a passcode and current iOS updates.

10. Changes and contact
